Back at it again? Weight Loss Journey Week 18 & 19!

Well I haven’t been gone of course but so busy with school ending for the kiddos soon and a whole bunch of other reasons. I’m not skipping a beat documenting my journey though. 😉

Right off the bat I’d like to report I’m actually up 1 lb since 2 weeks ago. Now over the years I would have beat myself up for that. No, I didn’t literally hit myself lol but I would feel so badly about messing up on my healthy eating or diet and end up continuing down the wrong path and the next thing I’d know I would gain a lot of weight.

These past 2 weeks have been very trying for me. I went over a week with tooth pain until something was finally done about it and I had to find another home for all my chickens. ;( Someone complained that they were loud and the city doesn’t like that. Not that I’m using these as excuses but off and on I battle with depression and I was very down these past 2 weeks. I didn’t go to the gym very much because of my tooth pain and I didn’t bother tracking my calories and my result was a 1 lb gain, could have been way worse.

Anyway.. The sun has been shining here more and it has warmed up some so I’m back full force in my journey yet again. I’m back to the gym, counting my calories and feeling better.

    I had a terrible cold and didn’t prepare any of my food in advance so I ate whatever. When I weighed in I was up 1.6 pounds. I was less than thrilled but I knew why and expected it. I went to the store got all the food I need for this week and am in the process of preparing it now. I’m sure you’ll be back on track, the journey in full of ups and downs.
