A special thanks to I Marketing for providing a set of Bamboo Cutting Boards to review on my blog.
We are a large family so I cook a lot and have to cook in large amounts, anything to make my life easier in the kitchen is very helpful. Before receiving these to review I had been using a cheap ugly plastic cutting board. Don’t get me wrong, it works but it’s not pretty and needed to be thrown out long ago.
I had the pleasure to review the 3 piece Bamboo Cutting Boards. Benefits of these cutting boards are:
–Extra Thick for Durability
-15% Stronger than Maple and 33% Lighter than Oak
-Easy to Clean & Maintain
-Natural Bamboo with No Dyes or Colors
-FSC Certified – To Ensure Sustainable and Ethical Harvesting
-Doesn’t Dull Knives
-Socially Responsible – 100% Renewable Resource
-Free of Fertilizers and Pesticides
Now the first thing I really liked about these boards was the thickness. They are not thin at all. I really like the beauty of them and love displaying them on my kitchen counter. They are easy to cut on and work great. Another great quality I like is that there is three different sizes so I can choose which one to use depending on what I am cooking at the time. I also like they are made with natural Bamboo.
The only dislike about this product was when I first washed them before using, there was little splinters or pieces of wood coming off them. I had read under their product description and how to care for them that, that was totally normal and would go away. After the second wash there was no more splinters noticed.
Overall I think these cutting boards are great and I have continued to enjoy using them.
Thanks for visiting WEMAKE7 =)
