pulse-oximeter

I have hypertension and a history of my pulse being high which worries me most days. I can’t visit my doctor all the time to see what my vitals are so I was pretty intrigued in a recent product I reviewed called the Fingertip Pulse Oximeter from Easy@Home.

PulseOximeter

The contents of the box that it came in had everything you would need to not only check your pulse but also blood oxygen level. It came with a pulse oximeter, batteries, instruction booklet, carrying case and neck/wrist cord.

Easy@Home-Pulse-Oximeter

Product Description

Overview:
The FDA approved Easy@Home Fingertip Pulse Oximeter allows you to find your SpO2 and pulse rate in a flash! Operating is easy since you just need to push one button. With this at your hands, or more specifically, fingertips, you can perform measurements anyplace, anywhere, and anytime!

Display:
Once you place your fingertip into the chamber, your results will display within a few seconds. What you will see are numbers signifying your SpO2 levels and pulse rate with a plethysmograph (waveform graph) and a bar graph underneath which display your heart rate in real-time. The graphs give visual indication of the irregular, weak heartbeat or incorrect reading. The bright OLED display can rotate in four directions so that you can easily see the results from any view. By pushing the button, the display will rotate and also show or hide the graphs.

Features:
• Universal finger clip for fingers of all sizes
• Auto power off 5 seconds after finger removal
• Last display mode saved after power off
• Adjustable Brightness

Package Includes:
• Carrying case
• Neck/Wrist cord
• Batteries
• User manual

Set up is pretty simple. Just insert the batteries and press the button once and on comes a welcome screen. Insert your finger and the display will show your pulse and SpO2. One of things I thought that was pretty neat was the display can rotate by a press of the button so it’s facing you or facing whoever is reading the oximeter.

It seems to be pretty accurate and I like knowing that I can check my pulse at any time. This is a great product.
