The leaves are falling and things are getting a little cooler around here, such a wonderful time to enjoy something nice and warm for breakfast. I myself try not to skip breakfast because I know it’s a very important meal to help me start my day. Normally I grab something quick but this time of year I want something to warm my belly and keep me fuller longer. That is why I turn to steel cut oats from Bob’s Red Mill. You can do so much with their oats because they are so versatile.

Bob’s Red Mill Steel Cut Oats are very simple to prepare. They are high in soluble fiber and protein and make a great healthy breakfast. Add a little bit of coconut sugar to sweeten, top with some yummy yogurt and even add some fresh berries too. The possibilities are endless!
Not only have I been enjoying the oats but my kiddos have as well. They had never had steel cut oats before and really enjoyed them. I can’t wait to check out some recipes that include oats and make them for my family as well.
