Taking it to the next phase with Weight Watchers =)

Hey everyone! =) Thanks for joining me again on my weight loss journey. It’s been about 20 days since starting the Simple Start Program  through Weight Watchers and I have lost a total of 5.5 lbs. =) (People following the Weight Watchers plan can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week). I know I could have lost more and I’m ready to take the next step by adding exercise to my routine.  I’m also ready to move on from the Simple Start Program now that I have been following it the best I can the last few weeks. Simple Start is a program to start before the Points Plus system that lasts 2 weeks (or longer if you choose). It’s very simple to follow. Weight Watchers gives you a list of foods that you can eat and they also offer a mobile app for on the go. There’s no counting anything except that small indulgence you may choose to eat each day. =)


 I’m pretty excited to start the next phase. There is a lot of tools online for the online membership that I have received. I can look up food point values. I like that a lot of the veggies and fruits are 0 points values as long as you eat them in moderation. They offer recipes, groups where others can help each other, and a whole lot more. I love their Weight Tracker especially when the line goes down towards my goal when I lose weight. =) I have been on a lot of different weight loss programs and this is my favorite one that actually works!
