My entire family loves Peanut Butter! 😉 There is so many ways to use it, from peanut butter toast, cookies, no bakes, sandwiches and so much more. When we had the opportunity to try some different types of seeds and nut butters from Once Again we were excited. Peanut Butter is all we ever knew and had no idea that there are others like Sunflower Seed Butter, Cashew Butter or even Almond Butter.
Once Again Nut Butter is an employee-owned business that has been manufacturing their products since 1976. Products include seed butters, nut butters and honeys. Once Again Nut Butter follows Fair Trade & Sustainability standards for their farm partners, suppliers and prices.
Their nut and seed butters are:
- Gluten Free certified
- non GMO certified
- Certified Organic
One of our favorites here are toast with Peanut Butter. It is super simple to make and tastes really good. This time instead of Peanut Butter we tried some Sunflower Seed Butter from Once Again and oh my gosh it tasted soo good! It was so creamy and even though it is only lightly sweetened it has a great taste!
Another one of our favorites are snacks that don’t require baking but have multiple ingredients in them. We just knew we had to make some sort of Peanut Butter Balls so we did. 😉 There are so many ways you can make them. Here is a recipe we made using ingredients we had in our home at the time.
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Coconut Balls
- 1/2 cup Once Again Peanut Butter
- 1 cup organic rolled oats
- 1/2 cup organic flax, chia, coconut blend
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- 1/3 cup honey
Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well and then shape balls by hand. Place balls on a dish and put in fridge to form for at least an hour.
These came out really good and are perfect for an after school snack or for any time actually. 😉
All of these nut and seed butters have been enjoyed by all in our home. I really love that they are organic and non-GMO because I want what’s best for my kiddos. Foods these days can be really unhealthy and the more I find out, the more it scares me. So I really appreciate knowing that I can rely on products like Once Again Nut Butter to feed to my family and not worry about the ingredients.
