victoriasgardengrown, vegetables, salad dressing, salad dressing, vegetables, mambo sprouts, chicken salad, recipe, food, organic dresing kaleDo you love your veggies? I do as well and even more so now that I am living a healthier lifestyle. Salads have become a daily must have for our family and since it is currently Summer, we have been able to go outdoors and pick everything we need right from our garden.

victoriasgardengrown, vegetables, salad dressing, salad dressing, vegetables, mambo sprouts, chicken salad, recipe, food, organic dresing kaleEven though we have been eating healthier, when it came to our salads I was always stumped on a way to make them a little tastier with dressing. Salad dressing can really add on the calories and most of them contain ingredients that aren’t really healthy so I always resorted to making our own whenever possible. Still though, by adding oils it really added a lot of calories.

Just recently I was introduced to Victoria’s Garden Grown. Victoria’s Garden Grown is the first dressing to use vegetables as the main ingredient in place of oil. It’s the only clean-label, low-calorie dressing out there! They currently offer 6 different types of dressing which include: Beet Vinaigrette, Kale Lemon Herb, Carrot Ginger, Red Bell Vinaigrette, Sweet Kale and Spicy Red Bell Pepper.

I was so excited to try these new dressings with my family. There is so many things you can use the dressings for besides putting on a salad. They can be used as a marinade, on vegetables, burgers, sandwiches, rice, egg dishes and so much more.

We have tried each of them on our salad and a few different dishes and love them. I love that they are low-calorie and are low sugar which really helps my husband since he has Diabetes.
