Super easy Valentine’s gifts for kiddos

valentines. yumearth organics, organicsValentine’s Day is just around the corner and while the kiddos love getting Valentine cards ready for their classmates I always make it a point to get them a little something too. I change it up every year and keep it pretty simple. Walmart has a great selection of little inexpensive gifts that I was able to pick up this year.

  • Little gifts like coloring books, pencils and activity pads
  • Organic gummy bears and lollipops
  • Love Washi tape

valentines. yumearth organics, organicsAfter choosing what I thought each one of my kiddos would love the best I attached a lollipop and a pack of gummies to the gift by using the washi tape. I went around the bundle a couple of times to make sure they all held together.

I love the Valentine tape binding it all together! Usually everything goes into a gift bag or box and that usually get discarded or thrown away. The tape is a cute alternative and less waste!

My kids did not want any candies to give out to their classmate this year. They made their own cards instead. This is a great idea though.

Exchanging Valentines gifts are exciting for little children. They not only get yummy treats, but they also learn about caring and sharing. Very good for boosting emotional intelligence.

I usually just get my kids a small gift card. I hate getting them candy and we definitely don’t need any more toys in our house.
