Where oh where did the time go? Days just fly by so fast it’s so hard to believe at times. I now find myself having to throw 3 weeks of weight loss posts into 1 this week which I dislike doing because I like sharing with my readers how my week has gone but at least I’m still holding myself accountable and posting anyway even if it is late.
The past 3 weeks have been rough for me. I suffer from depression and it happens most days then not and the past few weeks I have been off my game. Some personal things have been going on and I just gave up on counting calories and watching what I ate. I did continue to go to the gym though because I knew if I gave up on everything that I would not come back to my journey for a long time…
I am proud to say that I was contacted and made aware that my blog made it under the top 100 weight loss blogs of 2016 so pretty stoked about that. I also have become an ambassador for Katie K Active and can’t wait to share my first post. I have started again the beginning of this week using my fitbit to track what I’m eating and have increased my gym activity more than I was the past few weeks. I did have gains this past 3 weeks but have found after weighing in this morning I have lost those lbs I gained and have brought myself back to 237 which I was in week 20 and still down 46 lbs this year. Now to keep moving forward!! =)
