Hey everyone and thanks for checking in our Weight loss Journey 2015. It’s been 4 weeks since my husband and I have started our journey and everything seems to be going well so far. We have incorporated more exercise into our week and since we haven’t been counting calories we have decided to eat a little less at meal times.
Our lives are still pretty busy and sometimes when we are out it’s hard to not give into old ways and stop somewhere for something to eat. Instead of stopping at McDonald’s or establishments like that we have started going to Subway. It’s not as easy as a drive-thru but well worth having to go in and order. We’ve been getting the Black Forest Ham subs on whole wheat bread.
This week along with our weigh-in we did our bi-weekly body measurements. I have been keeping track of measurements for upper arm, thigh, waist and hips. My husband has been keeping track of waist measurements since that is the area he wants to work on.
Our progress for this week is: 2 lbs down for me and 3 lbs down for my husband. I lost 2 1/2 inches from my body and my husband stayed the same around his waist. My total weight loss so far 14.6 lbs, my hubby has lost 6.2 lbs.
