Hey everyone! How was your week? Finally we had a warm day today and we have been getting some yard work done. It was a really crazy and cold Winter here so I’m so glad that finally the birds are chirping and the grass is getting greener.
I’m finally back to the gym at least 1 day a week. For the last 2 weeks I have had this awful cough and haven’t been feeling myself. Cough is still holding strong but I’m trying to get back into the swing of things. If I was the only one in our family with a bad cough I would start to think about seeing a doctor but I think we just keep sharing colds. 🙁
This week my husband and I started to count calories using our fitbit because for the past 14 weeks we have been eating healthier and not really counting anything so we thought we’d try something different. We also have started to incorporate more weight lifting into our daily work outs.
I think for next week I need to make sure I’m drinking more water during the day. I drink a lot at the gym and then after on the way home but forget to drink throughout the day. This week I took my first media selfie lol. I always hated how I looked so I never posted anything with me in it and the other day I took a pic of me and posted it on Instagram. Finally I’m staring to feel a little more prettier.
This week I lost another 2 lbs and my husband lost 1 lb for a total weight loss of 41 lbs for myself and 8 lbs for my husband. Almost 50 lbs between the both of us.! 😉 I went from 283 lbs to 242 and my hubby went from 169 to 161 so far. I’m starting to feel healthier and love it.
