I can’t believe it has been 4 whole months since my husband and I have started our new way of life. It has been a long road and we have had some bumps here and there but still going strong. If anyone wonders if changing the way you eat from going from crappy processed food full of sugar and ingredients you can’t pronounce to more fresh and natural and organic food and exercise makes a difference I have to tell you it does! I’m not going to say that I feel like superwoman but when my kiddos ask if we can go to the park and I say lets walk there you know there’s a big difference.
That bad cough I had for weeks has finally gone away but find myself still having to wipe my nose at times, maybe I have allergies or something. We have been able to hit the gym at least one time a day besides weekends and sometimes twice all depending on what is going on that day. We have spent more time outside with the kiddos especially since this was just a school vacation.
I have been eating a lot of yogurt this week and love making smoothies with them and adding them to other dishes. Stonyfield has come out with a new yogurt of 100% grass-fed yogurt and I love it.
It seems like these weeks just keep going by so fast. My husband weight stayed the same for this week and I lost another 2 lb. I seem to be on this 2 lb loss a week for weeks now, not that I’m complaining lol. I also took my measurement since it had been 4 weeks and I was pretty happy at the results. I have lost almost 9 inches total between measurements taken from arms, thighs, hips, waist and bust. =)
I still have so much weight to lose but trying to take it one week at a time and know eventually I will make my goal weight.
