Hey everyone! How is your weekend going? Today was such a busy day and we got so much done. Hubby took care of the lawn and me and the kiddos built 2 raised garden beds and transplanted some veggies into the new garden.
If you have been following my weight loss journey you may have read that last week I had blogged about 2 weeks in one and mentioned how I had gained 1 pound and was having a rough couple of weeks. I am happy to report this week I lost 3 lbs! So not only did I lose the pound I gained I lost 2 extra as well, woot woot! 😉
Now that my tooth feels better (mentioned last week) and I have dealt with that at the dentist I have been able to hit the gym more again which I had missed a lot. Just a few days ago my husband and I started walking/jogging to the gym for our cardio then doing our weight lifting at the gym. It feels awesome to be able to do that. I can definitely tell that when we eat better and get exercise we have more energy to do things.
I’m so excited that my clothes are getting looser and I have actually went from a size 26 to a size 18/20! Since January 1st of this year I have lost a total of 46 lbs! I still have a bunch more I want to lose to make it to my goal but I am well on my way.
Next week I want to make sure I drink more water during the day and increase the weights I use when lifting weights. =)
