If you have been following our weight loss journey since the beginning of the year, you know that we have had quite a great year so far regarding weight loss. Last week started out poorly but turned out to be pretty great and ended with a 5 lb loss for the week.
Week 7 seemed to be going okay. I was able to exercise a little bit more while still watching my knee that I seemed to have messed up from exercising a few weeks ago. Towards the end of the week I felt like I did not lose. I’m still baffled that I had lost 23 lbs so far because I can’t really tell where. Sure enough I was up 1 lb this week and my husband is up 2 lbs. I think it is because for me at least probably ate more at meals then I should be. We don’t count calories or weigh anything out so we are always just guessing.
I do feel a bout of depression coming on and while just starting week 8 now I am in a funk. Seems like nothing works out for our family and we always have bad things going on that is thrown at us a lot. We will keep truckin though and keep moving forward, that is all we can do. Hoping next week turns out to be better.
