Hey everyone It’s been a tough week or so. The days fly by so fast it’s hard to keep track of everything. I guess I never really thought that losing weight would be easy. I certainly didn’t put all my extra weight on overnight. I suppose I can’t expect it to come off overnight either. =( Life is so fast paced and sometimes we find ourselves on the road more than we want to be. It can get hard to make the right (healthy choice) sometimes. For me it takes a lot of work and will power that some days I just don’t have.
I wish I could go back to 3 years ago when I had lost 80lbs in 6 months! I felt on top of the world, healthy and incredible. Unfortunately I can’t snap my fingers and expect to have that body back. So for now every day I have to keep trying. Try to make those healthier choices no matter how busy my day and life get. This being overweight is really getting on my nerves. I don’t feel healthy and I want to be able to get around better, Spring is coming and I want to be able to get out and enjoy it.
I am so thankful to be able to have received a complimentary online membership to Weight Watchers. I’ve always heard a lot of good about Weight Watchers and I have to agree. Just recently I started their new Simple Start Program and then have been following the Points Plus Plan. The online membership is great and allows you to keep track of your weight, helps you figure out points values of the foods you ate that day, recipes and more.
Last week I had some time and browsed the online recipes on Weight Watchers and decided to make a healthier Tuna Noodle Casserole. It came out very well. Pair it with a fresh salad and now you have a complete yummy dinner. =) I can’t wait to try some more recipes on their site soon.
