So I was kind of shocked this week. But I’ll get to that later lol. This week I have been finding myself feeling a little down lately and hope to get out of the funk soon. I have been hitting the gym almost twice a day for at least 5 days a week and enjoy going.
I find myself getting stronger every day and have even started to run on the treadmill now. Before that probably would have killed me and now it feels great. I’m hoping as the lighter I get the longer I can last running because it wont be so hard on my knees.
My husband and I have been decided that once a week we would have a little something high calorie so we don’t feel so deprived. We have been doing that for a few weeks but this past week our one time turned into a few times, which of course I’m not so proud of. This is where my shock comes from because even after all of that I am still down another pound this week and my hubby again stayed the same. (Not that he needs to lose any weight in my opinion anyway lol.)
Soo.. for next week I still need to work on my water intake and probably eat more vegetables and fruit. I also think at this point the weekly splurge will have to stop because there’s no way I want to go back to where I was. So not worth it!
